reports, home page, and map behavior

(fix) - Fix styling of "Contact Employer" button in job ads to match the app design system
(fix) - Replace "+" icon in income/expense reports with meaningful vectors for income and expense
(fix) - Replace large vector in income/expense cards with the amount text to reduce card size
(fix) - Add missing description text in Accounting → Income & Expense reports
(fix) - Remove shine animation from "Create Gift Card" button
(fix) - Remove shine animation from appointment and repair items in reports
(fix) - Fix "Post Job Ad" button styling on home page to match other home UI elements
(fix) - Fix edit appointment buttons in home page history to match the standard button style
(fix) - Improve map behavior: when a city is selected the map centers on that city
(fix) - Add option to detect and use the user's current location
